Solution: Provided development services on an outsourced basis coordinating scope of all third party vendors once development agreement is signed. Oversight responsibility for all construction activities, contractor RFI’s, pay applications, punchlists, etc. 11 projects completed and located in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas.
