GOODMAN REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES NEW PROJECTS UNDERWAY (3/5/17)

Dallas based Free Range Concepts has engaged Goodman Real Estate Solutions ( GRES ) to be the lead project management coordinator for three new The Rustic restaurants. Construction is underway in San Antonio for a new 25,000 SF location to open this summer. Final permitting is just completed on another new location in Houston to occupy an entire city block adjacent to the George Brown Convention Center. Houston opening is projected for early 2018. Planning has begun on a third location for late 2018 in Frisco, Texas. GRES is leading all aspects of project planning, bidding, third party vendor purchasing and construction management.

Among other ongoing assignments, GRES is currently involved in development coordination of Rib Crib BBQ restaurants across the Midwest, build-out of a 132,000 SF warehouse for a major kitchen equipment supplier in Lewisville, TX and project management of a mid-century modern boutique apartment complex in Fort Worth.
