GOODMAN REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS COMPLETES SAN ANTONIO RUSTIC PROJECT (11/10/17)

Goodman Real Estate Solutions has just completed project management services for the recently opened San Antonio Rustic. Comprising over 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, the restaurant and live music venue opened in late September with a concert by Pat Green. This highly complex project involved complicated sound and video systems, over 30 point of sale locations, three different full service bars, over 2000 square feet of kitchen space, multi-leveled dining areas and a 70 foot by 22 foot wall of electrically operable doors. We are pleased to have taken the lead in development coordination of this project for Free Range Concepts, a Dallas based multi-unit restaurant company.
