Painted Tree is an Arkansas based company that has created a place where hundreds of local shop owners, boutiques, decorators, artisans and craftsmen sell their fresh, inspiring and unique items directly to the consumer. They are an emerging concept with a creative business model that brings together other entrepreneurs in the home decorative market. GOODMAN REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS is proud to have been chosen to lead their development activities across Texas and beyond. Painted Tree has three open and operating units, and we will be commencing construction on the 38,000 SF unit #4 in Highland Village, Texas in early 2018. Locations in Austin, Houston and Tennessee are in negotiation as well.
